Now start looking for navigations on sites, browse and browse, ok you like left navigation of one site and top links of other sites, also choose footer design from some other site, now open fireworks, and start your website, you have color scheme in hand and navigation is almost final, don’t just copy the navigation, try to change it so that you don’t have any copyright issues.

 

Now browse more templates for header graphics, browse and browse and than choose one style, just choose style don’t copy header, make header with style you have just choose.
