Can you buy 100 $ product from a website which don’t have contact info?,

Answer is NEVER, Why? because you don’t feel confidence about the company.

 Whenever visitor see website and they like products, they look for contact info, if site only have email address to contact, no phone # no physical address, they don’t feel much confident, because there are too many frauds online who are trying to sell products which don t exist.

 

Just imagine a website with phone # next to their company logo and physical address in footer or in contact info page, now tell, what do u think about this company? This website must develop a credibility in your mind, now imagine a website with no phone #, no physical and no sign of country from which this website from, what do u think about the company, you might like website design or may be you like products, but unless you email them and they convince that they are real company, real people and real product, you never buy from them.

 

So if you are selling online and you don’t have phone # on your website and if you don’t have physical contact address, your visitors more likely don’t buy from you, you are loosing your hungry buyers, who are desperately looking for exact product which  you are selling, so if you don’t have office, put your home address and buy a tool free # or if it looks expensive (its not expensive though) put your home phone #  or mobile # on your website but remember to put available timing, also put your real name, yes your real name on your website, because people who are coming to your website are real people they are not robots and they are looking for something real, its like coming in a shop to buy thing, you are a shop keeper, only difference is, your shop is online.
